We are able to create your pet portrait in 2-3 days, after they have been created it takes around 5-8 days shipping. In total it takes 8-11 days for your customized pet portrait to reach the US, UK & Australia.
We offer 60 day free returns for all of our products including personalised ones. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so if your satisfactions isn't met we will take the return and also pay for the return postage. How do I hang the portrait once it arrives?
Each framed portrait comes ready to hang with pre-installed hardware. It takes just a couple of minutes — no special tools required!
How long does it take to receive my portrait?
Each piece is custom made by a real artist. Our artwork is created, shipped and delivered within 7–11 days from the time of your order. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
What if I’m not happy with the final portrait?
We want you to absolutely love your artwork. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer one free revision to make sure everything feels just right. Just let us know what you'd like adjusted.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Any clear photo of your pet works! Ideally, try to use a picture in good lighting, with your pet facing the camera. Don’t stress though, our artists work magic with what you send!
What sizes are available, and how do I choose the right one?
We offer three sizes to fit every space:
